Return Policy

Nubreed.LOVE follows a return policy similar to our fulfillment partner, Printful. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Love Notes are non-refundable. Products must be returned within 15 days, and all returns are subject to inspection. Please contact us through our website's chat feature for assistance with returns.

 

Return Policy

At Nubreed.LOVE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please read our return policy below:

1. Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items

1.1. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

1.2. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

2. Reporting Issues

2.1. If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on your order, please submit a problem report through our website's chat feature.

3. Return Process

3.1. The return address is set by default to our fulfillment partner's facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.

3.2. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. If our fulfillment partner's facility isn't used as the return address, you may become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

4. Wrong Address/Unclaimed Shipments

4.1. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

4.2. Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment to yourself.

5. Refunds/Exchanges

5.1. We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, due to health or hygiene reasons.

5.2. Except for customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer's remorse. Returns for products and size exchanges are offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges to your customers, you would need to place a new order at your expense for a product in another size.

5.3. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

6. Policy for EU Consumers

6.1. According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

7. Return Authorization

7.1. Nubreed.LOVE will only accept returns after 15 days of a customer receiving a product, and all returns will be inspected according to our fulfillment partner's guidelines
