The initiative of Unlimited Potential Farms is to create a sanctuary for the underserved community, offering opportunities for individuals to build alongside like-minded people in an alternative communal space. Located on 115 acres in Fairmont, NC, the farm aims to support sustainable initiatives while providing a supportive environment for collaborative growth. Professionals handle building and large-scale farming tasks, while the community, including the Nubreed.LOVE supporters, support these efforts through volunteer work and fundraising. The ultimate goal is to keep the farm thriving and to invite individuals with innovative ideas to contribute to its success.

  • PHASE 1. NATURE RETREAT: TENT & RV OASIS

    To foster community engagement and secure sustainable funding for our long-term aspirations, we're developing a dedicated tent and RV park. This space will be the gateway for enthusiasts seeking short or extended stays amidst the serene surroundings.

    Your funding will support efforts towards electric, septic, water shower houses and other related services.

WHAT DOES NUBREED AND SUPPORTERS DO?

The Nubreed.LOVE team actively engages in the following activities:

1. Supporting the vision of Unlimited Potential Farms.
2. Contributing to fundraising efforts to finance the farm's projects and initiatives.
3. Providing volunteer support, including hands-on assistance, towards building and other necessary tasks.
4. Collaborating with like-minded individuals to create an alternative communal space within the farm.
5. Fostering a supportive community environment where innovative ideas can thrive.
6. Mobilizing resources and expertise to ensure the farm's success and sustainability.
7. Welcoming individuals with viable projects or plans to contribute to the farm's growth and development.

WHAT WE DO NOT DO?

The Nubreed.LOVE team does not directly engage in the following activities:

1. Building structures or large-scale agriculture projects beyond individual endeavors.
2. Undertaking tasks typically handled by professionals, such as construction or extensive farming operations.
3. Operating or managing the day-to-day activities of Unlimited Potential Farms.
4. Making decisions regarding the development or operation of the farm outside of their supportive role.
5. Taking responsibility for the outcomes of projects or initiatives undertaken by Unlimited Potential Farms beyond their contributions of support and fundraising efforts.

CAN I BUY LAND AT UP FARMS?

Short answer, no. The land is a communal space to build amongst other likeminded people. You can stay temporarily or long term. Anything you build on the land is yours and yours alone. It is encourage to utilize the land as a launch pad to generate revenue to buy land anywhere else for yourself.

DOES NUBREED OWN UNLIMITED POTENTIAL FARMS?

No, Nubreed does not own the land and has not purchased the land. However, Nubreed does support the vision of the founder.

Based on the goals and mission of the founder of Unlimited Potential Farms, the land in N.C is a communal space for like minded individuals seeking to live a private, self-sustainable life and get closer to nature. This invitation has been extended to all that are interested.

Nubreed and other likeminded individuals have taken action to seize the unique opportunity, ahead of everyone else to gather and build with other like minded people.

Nubreed has used his platform to build awareness and drive support to the development of UP Farms.
